Very good

Liked: I went with my three children and it was perfect for what we needed. I really did like that there was daily housekeeping if we wanted. (since covid, many hotels that I have stayed at over the years did not have it until you checked out). the rooms were clean overall, the pool areas were also clean which I liked. Even though the hotel was sold out for the time we were there, the pools were not overcrowded, which was great for my kids to be able to enjoy the area even more. I only had breakfast on our last day there. I like the variation in options, but thought it was a little expensive. (my 10 year old paid as an adult). The other bar and grill area in the hotel's food wasn't that great and expensive. It was very close to the Disney parks, downtown and many many food places. Will probably stay there again if I need to travel to Orlando.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was a bell or train/railroad crossing alarm nearby that went by every morning. But it was not that unbearable.

Liked: It’s so close to everything. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Gated. Super clean. Can’t think if anything to complain about.

Disappointed

Liked: It was close to the ESPN sport center and Disney parks but that was pretty much the only thing it has going for it.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn’t work, the shower/faucet leaks and doesn’t get more than lukewarm, the floors in the bathroom where dirty, carpets were stained and dirty, the elevators didn’t work, the air conditioner fan made a loud squeaky noise on and off, several of the channels on the tv had no sound, the bed linens had blood stains on them, the plug ins on the lamps didn’t work, the staff was constantly taking up the one elevator that did work with the cleaning cart…..basically it needs updating all the way around. I guess that’s why it was so much cheaper than all the other places. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.
