Disliked: We booked 3 rooms online through Booking.com, each listed as having two queen beds to accommodate our group of 5 adults and 5 children. However, upon arrival, we were given only 2 rooms, each with just one queen bed. In addition, the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included, but there was absolutely nothing provided, not even a snack, tea, or coffee. This experience was very disappointing and far from what was promised

Liked: It's in a convenient location to many things. Sap center, Santa Clara, airport.
Disliked: Check-in was not ready past 3pm. Dirty moldy room. Very sketchy and feeling not safe. Only ideal for a super short stay if absolutely needed

Disappointed in my stay

Liked: Just the fact that it had parking on the property
Disliked: There were a lot of things wrong with this property. When I first booked it, I didn’t get the option of booking a handicap room as I am disabled. Instead, I listed on my booking that I’d prefer a room on the 1st floor and handicap accessible. I arrive to the hotel and checked in, and the front desk told me there were no rooms on the 1st floor and no elevators, either. I had to climb up stairs, which is impossible for me as I have a disability and use a walker.When inside the room, the bathroom and water had a foul smell. The front door and bathroom door were extremely hard to open and close. The bathroom door is warp, making it hard for any disabled person to close either door.The outlet that is apart of the dresser next to the bed was unplugged and fell off when trying to use it. The lamp by the desk/table had no light bulb so I could not even use it. The description of the hotel says it has a garden and a swimming pool as part of its amenities. When I arrived, there was no garden and the swimming pool was empty-no water. This is false advertising. The entire look of the hotel and its amenities for hotel stayers were false and untrue.

Wouldn't recommend staying here

Liked: The hot water in the shower stays hot for a long time.
Disliked: They don't actually offer breakfast even though they boast one, the pool, in the middle of summer, is under construction, there was no fridge or microwave in the room, no screens on the bathroom window, the metal drain cover in the bathroom wasn't screwed on, and the wifi sucked.

Don't assume the pictures on...

Liked: Despite my issues, the location was nice. Close to the convention center we were there to go to. The one at the front desk during the evening was also polite
Disliked: The pictures on their sites are lies. All the grass is dead, the pool isn't full. It was a mess anywhere beyond the lobby. Piles of cardboard and thrown out bibles on the corner of the hallway and when we got into our room, there were chips and scratches in the paint, the walls felt sticky, and there were multiple massive stains in the carpet of what I assume was water spills (I hope). The suite had 2 beds which was nice but the 2nd bed is near the kitchen and the window above the sink had no curtain so it looks like anyone can just creepily stare into your room while you sleep. The kitchen we did not bother using. The stove looked as old as the building if not older, rust on the burner and looking like it could cause a gas leak. The fridge has no light bulb, and all the shelves basically were collapsed inside before we even opened it. It's very easy to hear other rooms, the last night we stayed there was a couple fighting I assume right above our room and the screaming/cursing/throwing furniture kept us awake worried that something would break through to our room. Not to mention it had a weird scent whenever we'd first enter the room whenever we'd get back from our convention. As a place to sleep, it did it's job, but the pictures are all lying about the state of its venue.
