Crappy, Dirty, Smelly

Liked: The location is convenient, close to a lot of good areas.
Disliked: The toilet was not bolted down, walls are doors were dirty, shower was a joke (no water pressure), the walls were thin (could hear neighbors talking very clearly). Over a loud, crowded Mexican restaurant, parking lot was narrow and went one way, so you had to do a 4 point turn to get out. Carpet was gross and stained. TV is small and way too far from the bed. Fridge was loud and had 2 gallons of water just sitting in the bottom. Two Star hotel for sure. Gross.

Rose Garden Inn is a...

Liked: The room is spacious and the beds were comfortable enough. There is a micro-fridge in the rooms. There is a bonus 2nd sink within the room, aside from one within the bathroom. The bathroom itself is big.
Disliked: Despite the property being in a seemingly safe and nice neighborhood, the property itself had some questionable areas, especially in the back parking lot. I did feel the need to check on my car a few times. There were some unsavory guests in the room next to us. I know that is not the hotel's fault, but it seemed there were quite a few rooms which had guests that were a bit suspicious. Our neighbors were up literally all night and we could hear them through the wall. I luckily use earplugs to sleep and was therefore able to sleep...but for sure you can hear through the walls.For the price, I would stay again.
