Not for families, not what...

Disliked: This is NOT a child-friendly hotel, if you have young children do not stay here! When I called the hotel to ask about steps, they said there were "a couple" to get into the building and then there was an elevator. This is not true. There are four steps into the main door, then 8 steps up to the lobby, then 2 steps from the elevator to the room and then a step down from the kitchen to the living room. With a stroller, car seat, luggage and a young child this was a nightmare. Additionally there were large pieces of broken glass in my room that my daughter found. And the TV was broken and didnt work for the entire stay. The shower also made such an unpleasant screeching sound that we could barely use it. The only plus was that we were able to get an early check in but I would never stay here or recommend this place.

An apartment within a hotel...

Liked: Staff was top notch - needs met instantly by the girls working Thursday and Friday (3-11). Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable with every amenity needed. Great location - a hidden gem. So glad I found this place. Would recommend highly!
