The lights aren't on and no one is home!!! Whose accountable? Some type of compensation would be nic

Liked: The location, the room was good size along with the bed very large, the bathtub had to grab bar and the heater seem to work good after a few minutes, it also had plenty of ice in the ice machine.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was not very accommodating. The power was out when we woke up the next morning. The telephone and the elevator didn't work along with the lock for the door, and we had to carry our luggage downstairs. Being disabled that was very difficult and nobody that worked there seemed to know what was going on or be any kind of help. Needless to say we were unable to get ready for an event that we were going to that day. There were not enough blankets on the bed it was freezing cold. The snacks and the vending machine were very small I paid $1.50 or $1.75 for four bite size muffins.

Unpleasant

Liked: The rooms I was provided were both extremely dirty. Left over food, Used wet towels all over the room and when I asked the front desk to change my room they moved me to another room in the same conditions.
Disliked: The rooms I was provided were both extremely dirty. The onsite staff was super unprofessional and rude. They got mad at me for asking for a new room twice and still wanted to over charge my card for another night. Tried contacting the property after and they were no help
