Passable

Liked: Proximity to the beach and SF zoo.
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean the floor was sticky/dirty. The bathroom had a light above the shower cut into the ceiling (not finished), missing the toilet paper holder, and toilet flap would get stuck open. No air conditioner and the curtains were ripped/dirty. Several RVs parked/being lived in on the street next to motel.

Disappointing

Liked: The furniture are somewhat old and deteriorated.
Disliked: Surrounding is noisy at night too often.

Disliked: This has nothing to do with the property, the location is next to the beach that has unfortunately a large RV and homeless encampments. The staff and location did have surveillance and staff came out regularly to make sure the property was well managed

Disliked: Parking of course but some days were better then others
