Rodeway Inn & Suites Houston Near Medical Center

Kitchen was huge and stocked. Room was great. Had a long day, this was a great place to crash and spend the next day!

Liked: Nothing went well it was terrible. I would never go back there if it was for free.
Disliked: When I booked the room it was for an 11 o'clock checkin. Even though they had empty rooms they wouldnt allow me to check in until 3PM. When I got the key for the room the TV was smashed in so I had to get another room. I get to the other room and the television does not work. It was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I would not recommend that anyone should go to this place. There are plenty of places in that area that are much better and clean. I have traveled all over the world and this was terrible.

Horrible stay at Rodeway Inn

Disliked: For a facility with a kitchenette, no single pot or plates. I asked for a pot and it took 2 days before I was provided a dirty pot. I had to buy new pots.Very unfriendly staff. They offered no help or assistance with luggage.My room was facing the road. I didn't feel safe at all.I extended my stay until May 13. Paid by cash because I didn't have a valid card, and they increased the charge to about $79.50 per night, I felt exploited but had no choice but to pay.I won't stay in this facility again.

Didn’t stay, want a refund

Liked: Nothing, we weren’t able to stay in the room. The man that was in the front desk was completely drunk and weren’t asked him to check our booking. He refused and went into the back door.
Disliked: I would like to get a refund. I’ve been trying to contact y’all, but y’all do not answer. Please contact me regarding the refund because I was not able to stay in the room.

Disliked: Everything... The guy was rude.. I paid through booking 1-7 (1 week) and that's allot of money and when i went there showed him the confirmation and receipt and when i went there he was like i didn't get the money. Go call booking.... He was dismissive and rude.. Because i was tired after 20 hours fight i had to pay him again 2 nights (and he raised the price for both nights by the way more than the one listed on booking) because i didn't have a car or anything like that i had to get it because i was tired and it was night time. The wifi was very weak.. His apartment building had no adress on google.. his attitude was bad.. On top of all this after 2 days (despite me paying 9 days worth of stay) he told me to leave because he has many bookings and his apartments are full (which is obviously bull crap).Absolutely garbage, i should have listened to the reviews on google and other places... they all say this place is garbage.

Liked: Nothing - the room was so filthy that we left and had to rent at a different hotel. The pictures on the website are fake and the actual room looks nothing like the pictures. We opened the sofa bed and dust flew everywhere and there was trash on it. DO NOT stay here. The bed sheets had cigarette burns. This property should not be advertised.

Liked: My babies said mommy we feel safe here and I have stayed at many places and my babies didn't feel safe but here they do as a single mother that means a lot to me

Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Liked: Room was dirty. Had roaches the door weren’t locked and they had a plastic cover in the fire alarm.
Disliked: Everything also the owner was drunk at all times and you can smell the alcohol coming out from his pores.
