It is no frills, inexpensive but in a lovely and quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The proprietors were very nice. Breakfast was basic but sufficient; for a low cost, last minute reservation I couldn't have asked for more.
Liked: Very clean; very friendly; quiet and safe.
Disliked: Nothing.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE
Disliked: Booked a handicap accessible room online. Got to the place and they don't offer handicap accessible. Asked for a different room since my husband and I are both handicapped. The same guy that checked us in, now conveniently doesn't speak English. We were the only vehicle on the property. I said I wanted a refund, he now doesn't understand English. The room was up a steep flight of steps. Took us forever to get all of our travel necessities up there. Everything was so outdated. The smell made gag. The air conditioner was on and when we went to turn it off, the air conditioner was full of black mold. We are both immunocompromised and this was the last thing we needed. The entire experience was horrible!!!! There wasn't even hot water so no showers could be taken.They even left an envelope on the stand that had TIPS hand written on it!! Worst stay!!!

Left after 30 minutes.
Liked: Staff gave no pushback when we said we were leaving.
Disliked: Dirty room. Smelled like someone dumped a bottle of perfume to cover a smoke smell (husband and I had migraines in less than 10 minutes). Bed had zero give and was beyond uncomfortable. We left after 30 minutes. Waiting to hear back from Booking regarding a refund.

Liked: Everything this property was absolutely wonderful. We checked in late. The guy was on point. He was very nice. The hotel is absolutely clean the most cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to.

Disliked: Toilet did not flush. No staff at night to fix it. As well as light in bathroom . Walls paper thin. Had first floor room. People above noisy unruly. Room was cold. Old baseboard electric heat. One unit did not work.
