Liked: Front desk employee was very polite
Disliked: You can hear everything. You can smell people smoking. It was very outdated

Liked: We only liked the front desk staff. She was a doll in trying to help us to the best of her abilities.
Disliked: Ran down. Harder the a rock beds, strong mold/mildew in the room. It gave my spouse a migraine and I started having chest pains. We weren?t there but maybe 20 minutes.

Liked: Nothing , and I'm sorry that But I pay a lot more than this hotel is worth.
Disliked: Booking.com offer a Coral Gables hotel and is located in South Miami area. A/C can?t be changing settings .. no heat if needed The refrigerador included on contract is never to be found. They want to charging and additional $2.50 daily for SAFE on room?s . Mold , breaking ceilings .. on toon The air returns filter is dirty. The room doesn't look anything like the photo that posts the site. There's no ICE SUPPLY for the guests. Continental breakfast is very limited in service and guests have to wait to use the toaster. The Internet is weak also TV channels are not able to be seen is poor and limited, the service is very slow. For two consecutive nights someone opened the bedroom door using a different card. In the morning while asleep, services lady?s opened the door to clean the room. The HOTEL ENTRASE is dirty. To PARKING MY CAR never ever asked about my room number or any identification key and they open without knowing if it's a guest.
