Liked: Not much to like. I can't think of one good thing to say steer clear!
Disliked: First, we were in Jackson to see my boyfriend's mother, who had open heart surgery. The front desk clerk apparently called me at 4:30, mind you check in time is 3. I'm inside the hospital at this time. A. My phone is on silent. B.I don't answer numbers I don't know. Never will. We arrive at the hotel at 5:25 and go inside to check in. I go to the desk tell the clerk we have reservations he tells me oh I tried to call you got no answer so I canceled your reservations. Excuse me? I told him the situation, which frankly is none of his business, and he proceeds to tell me he doesn't have the room we reserved that he can give me another. Ok, whatever, at this point, I'm annoyed. We take the room go in it smells weird. I don't know what they clean with, but no. I start looking around there's trash behind furniture, half the lights work, the toilet doesn't want to flush half the time. There's dirt behind the door in the bathroom, hair left on things, the shower curtain was only cloth and was hanging up by 4 or 5 rings so half the curtain wasn't hanging up. Furniture was broken as well. We couldn't have used the freezer even if we wanted to it was completely frosted closed. Terrible, terrible, terrible. There's trash outside everywhere. Just please take my advice don't waste your time or money. I understand you get what you pay for but I at least expect cleanliness and decent customer service. They also charged a$40 damage deposit. 😆 🤣 for what? I mean really what a joke. No mention of the damage deposit until check in. This place is awful! I've included a few of the pictures all from the room and one of the trash outside the stairs.

Disliked: Bed were comfortable but filthy unwashed sheets with blood on them.There were roaches and the wifi didn't pick up
