Disliked: noisy, including heater; pillows and bed were average comfort; no comfortable chair for relaxing, only plastic chairs

Disliked: THE STUFF REALLY ARE SO RUDE, I WAS WAITING FOR 5 HOURS TO CHECK IN AND THEY DIDNT CARE

Disappointing

Convenient to my destinations but...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, heater worked well and was not too noisy. Did not hear any noise from other rooms.
Disliked: Mini fridge froze everything. Manager’s wife said things on the bottom shelf would not freeze. Wrong. No security lock on the door. When there was a storm with heavy rain and strong wind the door rattled and banged. Because there was a gap between the door and the sill, the wind blew rain water into the room. I used a towel to plug the gap. When I checked in the manager said for some reason the price I was quoted by Expedia couldn’t be applied to every night so I was charged more thanI expected.

Disliked: Staff didn't help on a situation of some guy following me. Trying to give me drugs
