Worked for a 2-night stay...

Liked: Parking was free (extremely limited - approximately 10-12 spots in total or so but we got lucky!). It was a reasonably priced Uber to the ballpark. The front desk staff was very kind.
Disliked: The floors were dirty! Like think sand all over the floor. The bed wasn’t terrrrible (… but the pillows were crappy so bring your own). We asked for 2 extra pillows but they didn’t have any to offer. Same with extra towels. We were able to get them brought to our room, but on the morning of our checkout. Bedspread thin with some cig burns. Oh and there will be noise throughout the night but that’s expected in SF :)

Good hotel

Liked: Nice clean hotel. Located in a very good part of town. Free parking. Large enough rooms and large beds. Ideal for a night and moving on.

Too pricy for what you...

Liked: Not much. I didn't die. I liked that. I'm pretty sure the bedsheets were clean and the floor had been swept. The location was fine for me, but supposedly not the best part of town. The front desk did help me with the two things I reported (stained bedcover and not working TV).
Disliked: Stains on the bedspread and on the walls. Hair in the towels and under the sheets. Stains on the bottom mattress cover. Very poor quality trimmings and fixtures all over the place. Not super safe. Cracks between the door and outside let light and air in. No chain or overlay lock. SWAT team right outside my window on second night ambushing an parked car. Turned out no one was in it, but it was not reassuring that I was in a safe place. A homeless person was washing up near the ice machine in a locked area of the hotel. The lights and the fridge buzzed in annoying ways, and TV didn't work the first night.
