Will most definately stay here...

Liked: First time staying here, and everything was first class, room a great size, nice and clean, also had a view, the breakfast was superb plenty of choice, staff all very friendly and helpful.Had an evening meal and this was excellent to and great value for money, with lovely polite waitresses.

Amazing views, room was lovely...

Liked: The view was amazing over the lifeboats and sea/estuary, etc. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and so helpful.

Excellent location, very helpful and...

Liked: Amazing building with free parking. Super clean and really helpful staff particularly on reception 11/10 The tour guide was included and a super breakfast which added to the value for money
Disliked: Limited evening menu although what we had was very nice and competitively priced. Scaffolding did spoil our view and our tour guide commented that it had been there for quite a while

Liked: Very welcoming reception staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The only fault we could find was the bedroom lighting was all or nothing. It would save electric if you could have a choice of lighting.

Exceeded expectation, will stay again.

Liked: very clean and spacious room. Good location, 5 minutes walk to old town. Restaurant and bar good, excellent breakfast. Dinner also very good with nice views. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Special praise for Claire on reception who couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. If you stay you can do the tour for free, worth doing even if you pay for it!
Disliked: One very minor negative, the orange juice at breakfast is not the best.
