Never using booking.com again.

Disliked: Booking.com screwed the pooch on this one. "Sir, it's an "active" reservation", but the motel hasn't existed since Oct '23. It took 2 hours and driving 40 miles to get cell service, to get a refund ticket after booking figuring out that after no one answering the phone and responding to emails that the motel doesn't exist! This is fraud on Bookings part. Never using again.
