Would be happy to stay...

Disliked: Very disappointed to be overcharged around $400 , when I questioned this with the staff member on duty I was left feeling belittled . This person was not interested in listening to me and when I tried to show them my email correspondence from River retreat I was told that my email was irrelevant as what was on there screen was correct.I was also repeatedly told that it was Booking.com fault as well as my own. As it turned out I was right regarding my booking and the price i should have been charged.As far as i am concerned the staff member on this occasion was caught out trying to rip me off and instead of just apologising and admitting they were wrong continued trying to lay blame on others except themself.

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our cabin. It had everything we needed. The bedding and towels were perfect, there were two ceiling fans, air conditioning, all of which worked perfectly, as did the internet. The smart TV was a great addition.
Disliked: It's a bit far from the beaches.
