Unfortunately disappointed!

Liked: The style! The guys at parking place and at breakfast room. They have always a honest smile on their faces.Breakfast is ok but doesn't match the grandeur of the hotel.
Disliked: Very big disappointment was the recepsion staff. Except one guy with glasses ,I didn't catch his name,who was a little bit nicer than the others. The rest are unfriendly, and it seems like you need to pay to get the words out of their mouths. They have a judgmental attitude.

Superb Hotel in Great Neighbourhood

Liked: Pound for pound one of my favourite hotels ive stayed in. Room was great, unique, warm and cosy with small but decent bathroom. Large balcony with pleasant view over the surrounding area. The neighbourhood is fabulous, real locals place with loads of bars and restaurants. Great value for money, especially for Rome. Breakfast was decent, especially the Omelette and cake! All the staff were locals, friendly and efficient
Disliked: Trivial thing but tea/coffee machine in the room would have been a bonus
