Exceptional
Liked: Very neat and tidy with all amenities.
Disliked: They did not provide microwave to heat baby’s food.

Ok, but my room was...
Liked: Location was good for what I wanted
Disliked: Room was on the top floor and the water for the shower was pretty cold. I don't know whether it was the height or not.Breakfast was late in starting (8am) so I skipped that. Most hotels are 7.30 start.

Liked: Very nice hotel , staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: A little bit away from other pubs and was at the top of a steep hill up from the centre.

Disliked: Had room at very top of hotel - door didn’t work at first attempt and had to return to reception -floors also very noisy and creaky

Disappointing.
Liked: Breakfast ok but no fresh coffee only warm coffee in thermos flasks.
Disliked: They didnt have our booking which was unfortunate, but they sorted it out fairly quickly.
