Great location, friendly staff but...

Liked: If visiting Porto this hotel is well located, right on the quayside and close to many of the tourist attractions. The initial welcome was very good, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the 24/7 tea and coffee facility is great. Only two downsides at this hotel - one is the lack of any communal relaxation area, the other is that the breakfast service seems unable to cope, even at times when the breakfast isn’t particularly busy. More staff are needed to clear tables and keep the breakfast bar stocked. The staff do what they can and are friendly but at times there were no cleared tables and the bar was missing several items. Otherwise, this is a very good hotel.

Liked: This hotel was just a gem - amazing lication, friendly staff, nice clean rooms with amazing view. Bed wa soooo comfortable.Breakfast was great!But the best is their staff!

Disliked: I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in my room.

Liked: The hotel is located at the Ribeira district, very convenient for sightseeing. We walked to all the attractions. Has lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. We would consider to stay there again for future visit.
