Disliked: Room was a bit noisy as above kitchen but over all OK

Clean rooms. Good food.

Liked: Staff member that booked me in was very friendly, welcoming and professional as other staff. Nice size room. Good food and large portions.
Disliked: Room faced car park and unfortunately I couldn't have my windows open because people smoking outside. Bed uncomfortable.Staff member in restaurant who took our order didn't smile once and definitely not welcoming like other members.

Perfect for our overnight stay.

Liked: We stayed in a budget room. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The pub serves great food and the breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The room was above the kitchen and a bit noisy until 9. Friday morning the bin men come very early and it was very noisy. Unfortunate that we stayed Thursday night.

Liked: The staff and surrounding were amazing. The food was very good and breakfast cooked to perfection . Our room was small was functional for a one night stay
Disliked: Creaky floorboard although added to the character of the lodge , disturbed sleep when someone gets out of bed

Liked: Great location if you have a car and are looking for a rural retreat for a large celebration or a wedding party. The pub is well-kitted out and the hot breakfast was great. The food menu is extensive and looks tasty.
Disliked: The rooms do not have great sound proofing. I could hear the people next to me when they arrived in the wee hours of the morning and were having a loud chat. It was New Years though....
