Liked: The staff was happy and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: The elevator door sometimes doesn't close all the way, and sometimes only closes halfway.. we got out and took the stairs just in case!

Nice place but pets come with a hefty fee at the desk ($100-200)

Liked: Clean, centrally located, easy to get to, friendly staff
Disliked: Honestly the only reason I didnt give it a 10 is because I am a travel nurse and stay at Residence Inns as I drive back and forth across interstate 80, and this was the only one that was the most expensive (and for an open studio concept not even a separate bedroom) and still charged me over $100 extra for my 15lb dog (doubled the cost of my stay). All my other stays pets were included in the price or were a small or refundable fee. The Residence Inn in Hammond, IN came with no fee so Ill be staying there again next time.

Liked: It was a very quiet relaxing say and the staff member that helped me did everything to make sure all my needs were accommodated.
