Disliked: We arrived late and were assigned a room with a family upstairs that were running and noisy all night. Very inappropriate assignment of room! AC went on and off and room was very warm

Liked: Booking.com did not permit me to cancel this reservation within 24 hours, and I was charged the full amount for my stay (though I did indeed cancel within 24 hours). Horrible experience. The charge came from the property on my card and they could do ‘nothing’.

Disliked: We did not stay. The hotel canceled our room while we were en route. We were not able to travel for our first night. I indicated our arrival through the app, but was told that this does not link to their reservation system. I fully intended to pay for all three nights, but they canceled our entire stay - and charged us for the first night. The staff/manager were not helpful nor pleasant. We ended up having to find a last minute place to stay, on parents weekend, in the rain.I will never be staying at this hotel in the future.

Liked: The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Jamil at the desk was always there to greet you with a smile and kind word. Really the entire staff was helpful and kind The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for!
