Horrible!

Disliked: This property was in the middle of nowhere. The room was infested with ants and we never got hot water the entire stay. They had to give us the keys to another roomDaily to take showers. The first room they sent us to didn’t have hot water either. They kept promising to spray for the ants but never did. There were hundreds of ants in our food in the morning. The front desk was nonchalant and acted as if our issues were normal. When I went to the front desk to complain another guests was complaining about other issues. He was Caucasian and received an apology. We are African American and received no apology even after I stated that we didn’t received any type of apology. Shocked that a Marriot property was like this. We will never return!

Disliked: As a woman alone I felt unsafe Main door from both sides of building were not locked and you didn’t need to swipe your card

Liked: The staff was nice. The general manager shouldn’t work with people. My dogs got sick with contact derma Titus from there I would not recommend it at all. My dogs got attacked by another dog. It’s not a safe Place.
Disliked: The managing system the general manager is not a nice person at all

Liked: The hotel was way beyond what I expected. Was like a minney apartment. Had a little party with my boy who I hadn't seen in a while. Drank beer and ate pizza and wings. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at.
Disliked: Water wasn't really hot when I tried to shower.

Liked: The location was perfect for us and it was easy to get in and out of the facility. The room and common areas were clean and the amenities were just what we needed for a week’s stay at Christmas.
Disliked: Breakfast was very good but some cooked items were unavailable on a couple of occasions.
