I would stay here again!

Liked: The front staff were friendly. The suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was large and had a nice layout.
Disliked: We could hear people above us, which made it difficult to sleep. Pool and hot tub closed too early.

Good location and staff but...

Liked: Staff is friendly and accommodating! Location is good right next to the Chandler Fashion Center and lots of restaurant options & freeway nearby. Surprisingly, there is not a lot of road noise from the freeway. I like the apartment style units with a full kitchen. The breakfast has a very nice variety of options including eggs, sausage and waffles Etc.
Disliked: Hidden charges like $15 per night for parking. The rooms are fairly clean but getting a little run down. Smudges on the walls, apparent blood stains on curtains, etc. Non-working phone and remote. The bedroom is very tight, there is barely enough room to walk around the bed.

Liked: The staff was great. Rochelle was truly exceptional. So kind and warm friendly. Loved loved her. Food was great and we loved the options. Halls and lobby were great
Disliked: Old rooms not worth the cost. 1st room had a water leak while we were not there. Busted by workers. No phone call or warning when we returned. Went into room carpet soaked fire alarm pulled off and left on bed with dirt. Sprinklers missing molding. Maintenance said he told desk we did not need to move. Smell of glue and wet floors we asked to move. New room holes in carpet right in front of sofa, sink clogged, furniture stained and torn. Floor stained pink. $900 dollars for 3 days us quite a bit for a room this worn and old. I am not happy with the quality of this room at all for what I paid. Pool gate was busted had to stand on a chair to get in. Hot tub was hot but jets did not work.

Liked: Location, Kudos to the breakfast room staff they made sure guest were good and the food was sufficient
Disliked: The unprofessional front desk staff, tattered, stained furniture, unclean musty smelling room, trash under pullout couch, stained mattresses , dirty environment .
