Great facility but terrible front...

Liked: The front desk associate was very rude I had to settle for a room that I didn’t book I will never book there again if I had to deal with her and I was over charged for the room I had to settle for it was just a disappointment from the start.
Disliked: Front desk associate was very rude and I was over charged for a room I had to settle for other than the original price.

Overall, this day was fun...

Liked: It was very close to my work area and it was a lot of things for kids did we were close to where the hotel was
Disliked: I didn’t like that called the wrong as why they called 911 and I was kind of confused

Good hotel for travelers who...

Liked: Clean spacious room with functional layout. Lots of electrical outlets in convenient locations. Kitchenette area well stocked with dishes and cooking implements, full-size fridge, etc. Room had an ethernet cable, which came handy when wi-fi glitched (as it did often).
Disliked: Wi-fi - so-so. Initial sign-on took several tries regardless of device used (laptop, tablet, cell phone). Once on, it seemed to keep the network connection, but the signal was often weak. Breakfast was served very early for leisure travelers and, disappointingly, there was not even a tea/coffee station left for guests to use throughout the day - seems like that would be easy to maintain and such a nice convenience for the guests.

Disliked: The bathroom was pretty much out of order

Staff was great, very friendly.

Liked: Nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and the lobby area was nice.
Disliked: There were some small baby roaches coming from the dishwasher in the kitchen of our room. This suggests that it was being treated but it didn’t feel good, especially for the cost. The air conditioning was a bit confusing at first. Not very good directions.
