Liked: Room was great and the hotel clean
Disliked: Booking.com booked me a double room for $309.35. When I arrived the room wasn't available so Residence inn gave me a single room valued $135 less than booking.com charged me. After a month of trying booking.com has yet to credit my debit card the difference.

Comfortable, friendly place to stay,...

Liked: Room was good for our purposes and allowed some privacy between parents and kids with the separate room.Good variety for breakfast. Food was fresh and staff was very helpful in getting whatever you needed. Seating area was well appointed and atmosphere friendly.
Disliked: Bed was small to accomodate room size but it wasn't very comfortable. Need a microwave accessible to customers in breakfast area. The packaged oatmeal options are supposed to be microwaved after you add hot water and we couldn't use the one in the kitchen. They were out of the precooked oatmeal as well.

Liked: Hotel was in a good location and close to where I needed to be
Disliked: I mention twice to the hotel and the other was in a survey I completed that during my stay I was charged for my Service Dog. On the survey the apologized for the inconvenience and said that they would address this issue with the hotel. The hotel said that they would look into the charge and get back to me. I heard nothing back
