We booked 2 rooms and requested a wake-up call for both rooms. We never recieved them and all of us left hungry and late. No compensation was offered because we didn't book with Marriott directly.
Disliked: Did not receive wake-up call, as promised.

Great time and very comfortable...
Liked: Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Room was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Pet cost seems somewhat excessive. A lower pet cost per stay is recommended and then charge a "refundable deposit" to be used if needed IAW pet policy. Not unlike an apartment security deposit. 1. Recommend adding pet stay cost on website. 2. Recommend adding pet policy write up on website. This will prevent surprising customers when checking in at front desk.

Disliked: Had trouble checking did not have the credit card that was used to pay for hotel nor did I have reservations documentation and was unable to get on contact with anyone at Bookings. Had to pay for the room twice. What a mess, will not use bookings again to reserve a room

Would stay again. Great hotel.
Liked: Lovely, clean hotel.
Disliked: We loved everything. We would love it more if the hotel could accommodate us for both races next year also. :)
