Staff were super friendly, accommodating,...

Liked: Great location, close to many activities in the area and greater Des Moines. Beautiful property.
Disliked: Pool was on the colder side but to be expected for a any hotel.

Superb

Liked: Bed was so comfy, room was great. Check-in ladies were efficient and so fun!
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't as good as other hotel chains.

Dont Do It

Liked: Front desk employee was apologetic and friendly.
Disliked: In 3 nights, cleaning didnt visit once. We had to request towels and trash bags for the tiny trash can in the kitchen. Concrete mattress, really really gross pool. There were youth sports families present who partied and ran the halls all night, leaving trash everywhere and someone even through up in the public restroom.
