Our home water was out...
Liked: I'm especially grateful that the rooms did not have any strong smells of cleaners or perfumes. I had called ahead to ask about that and had been reassured, but sometimes the person simply doesn't notice how strong the scents are. For me, scents can cause horrible migraines. Scent-free was great!Also, having two bathrooms was wonderful!

Liked: The staff was amazing, and the location was easy to get to. My son lost his phone, and we later found out that he had left it in the room. The next day, they sent it out to us, fed ex. It is so comforting to know that not only did this place have a family vibe with the people running it, but that they cared enough to send our lost property back to us so quickly. It is a genuine place with genuine people. Thank you, staff of residence inn. You are all so amazing!

It was a nice facility...
Liked: The space was set up nicely with apartment-like feel. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were nice.
Disliked: The vent in my bedroom was closed so it was very cold at night. The second night the bedroom remote didn't work. The living room remote worked for about 10 seconds at a time. This meant that I couldn't relax and watch tv at the end of the day.
