Loved it

Liked: Love everything about it most respected treatment very hospital. Staff was nice. They mind their own business. They weren’t too nosy. We extended several times we love this place.
Disliked: It sucked that you had to pay to park

Superb

Liked: The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. In the hotel there are facilities for laudry washing and drying, for a reasonable price.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok, but too many sweet items and no vegetables.We were charged for some city taxes that were not mentioned on booking.

Would absolutely come back! Great...

Liked: We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Being able to check in early was such a nice bonus after a long trip. The room was super clean and comfy. The breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The locatiin is perfect - everything is close by. The stuff were all so friendly and helpful. They also let us store our luggage after check out since we had a late flight, which was incredibly helpful.
Disliked: No complaints at all

Good spot

Liked: The location was excellent and even though there was a music festival going on across the road we were not disturbed by the noise
Disliked: Trouble connecting to the internet, and if you required your room to be serviced daily you had to request it

Value for money, top service...

Liked: Ended up here at short notice as Hilton hotel overbooked us for holiday weekend. Super clean, neat, well located hotel just near little Italy. The staff are wonderful, eager to help, & baked us home made cookies as treats! Relaxing pool area w Bbq & fire pit, plenty of space even at full capacity. Rooms are spacious, a little dated w fully equipped kitchen & very comfortable beds + pillows. Good variety for breakfast, included in room rate. This hotel is trying really hard to please guests w service, & is definitely value for money, stay here - not the Hilton!!
Disliked: We'd like a kettle for making tea in the kitchen, but used a saucepan on the stove top OK.
