Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast, but decent. location was great for doing all the things we wanted while staying in San Diego.
Disliked: The sofa couch bed mattress was very thin. Asked for additional mattress to add to it, they offered a comforter... There were no black out curtains in the main living, where sofa couch was for our 5th guest. The air conditioner unit was very loud when turning on, and woke all of us up when doing so.Asked the front desk the morning of the first day to remedy these items, and nothing happened. Had to ask a 2nd time and they did their best to accomodate. Also had a bathtub that was not draining.Parking fee was a bit high and was not aware before checking in.

Good property and stay, Parking...

Liked: Convenient location, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Parking, parking lot is small and expensive for the stay. $40/day makes no sense. Location also has homeless nearby, didn't always feel safe especially with infant.

Thank you, we look forward...

Liked: Our view was breathtaking of the SD harbor. The full kitchen was great and the room was spacious. The location was great being walking distance to the Harbor and Little Italy. Nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional as so accommodating.
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest is to get a more comfortable mattress on the pull out couch as that was a little uncomfortable with the hard springs.
