Our hotel experience

Liked: The front desk help was pleasant. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and basketball ball court.
Disliked: Nothing the location was surrounded by places to eat. Also BJ's across the street gave me a discount on me and my kids meals because I was a hotel guess. The strawberry shortcake pazookie was fire.

Liked: Our stay was so worth it. The staff was super friendly. The cook that made continental breakfast was awesome. He even gave us fresh blueberry scones. Food was fresh. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a Pleasant trip.

Wonderful!

Disliked: The fireplace wasn't working in our suite. And the living room area TV was hard to work as well. The facilites staff was great and very helpful but they couldn't get the fireplace to work. We asked the hotel if we could get a small discount for the room as it didn't meet the expectations but they said since we booked with Booking.com, we would need to contact them. I will be calling Booking.com today.

It was an amazing stay....

Liked: We stayed here at the Residence and the check in process was absolutely fabulous. Philip was so kind, cheerful and welcoming. I literally thought I was being welcomed to stay at his home. The room were huge and very clean. I always wipe everything down with a Clorox wipe. The wipe was still clean. I spilled some water on the kitchen floor, use a paper towel to wipe it up. It was clean. I hung out on the patio. It was so comforting. We went to the pool and hung out longer than we attended. The water was warm and clean. The staff was extremely nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay. The only downside is I wish they had more than one station for the pancakes and waffles. It was so crowded. I wasn't able to get any. The counters weren't kept clean, and most of everything was not restocked in a timely manner. I was thinking maybe there was only one person working.
