Would never stay there again....

Liked: Woman at desk was wonderful.
Disliked: It’s in total disrepair. Tried two rooms, both sofa beds were broken, springs missing. Mattresses were flat and heavily stained. Other aspects of the room weren’t functional. It’s as if little to nothing done and the place is barely maintained.

Bad experience

Liked: It is very close to Newark Airport, as well as various stores and tourist attractions.
Disliked: I was given an unclean room for my stay and had to change rooms three times before finally finding a clean one. Additionally, the blankets were covered in hair. With my 6-month-old newborn and it being almost 9:30 PM, I was extremely frustrated with this situation. When I booked through Booking.com, there was no mention of car parking charges. However, when I checked in, I was charged $25 plus tax for parking extra to the amount I paid for booking, which was unexpected.

Liked: Convenient to the airport and dog friendly.
Disliked: Extra fees! $150 extra for my 12 pound dog for one night! Then parking fees! Rooms need a good cleaning and need to be redone. Carpet and furniture was worn.

Disliked: The staff were extremely rude and demanded $250 in fees for incentives when extending my stay at this hotel. I explained I am literally living day by day week by week at this point and cannot afford $250 in addition to the room fee of $235 every time I choose to extend my stay. I guess it is now impossible to live at hotels when you're homeless due to all the added fees. This was by far the worst experience. When I told them I refuse to keep paying the $250 incentive fee they told me I could no longer book a room at this hotel. Everything is about money with you people and zero compassion for people just trying to survive. They also tried to pull some shady shit after I checked out and tried to charge my debit card another $150 for a pet fee without my knowedge or authorization.
