Liked: The location was perfect, the breakfast was great and the hotel staff were extremely helpful.

Liked: Lovely room. Spacious . Perfect location for all the sights
Disliked: Stayed on floor 9 . Due to over 30 floors . Long waits for elevators to have room to squeeze in to descend to foyer

A great place to stay...

Liked: Very central and convenient. The plentiful free breakfast was a good start to the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the free fruit on reception. All staff were helpful and considerate.
Disliked: For UK travellers -l very limited cooking facilities. A kettle and a single hot plate were provided on request. But overall very little to dislike and well outweighed by the benefits.

Liked: We liked the location the most, which is perfect for sightseeing because you can see a lot on foot. Also, the rooms were very clean and were cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided. The hotel staff is very friendly.
Disliked: We definitely didn't like the breakfast. The variety of choices was okay, but the problem was that it wasn't tasty, but that's generally a problem with food in America compared to European food and is probably a matter of personal perception. Also, the hotel is a bit outdated and could use a renovation considering the price. However, all of that didn't detract from our experience of the stay and overall we were satisfied.

Fabulous location and good value...

Liked: Location was amazing, and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it was a nice touch to have a fruit basket in reception. Great having fridge/freezer and kitchenette. I've stayed in this area before in fancier hotels, but having the facility to make own tea and coffee and keep food cool was a real bonus and I'd certainly look at coming to this property again.
Disliked: There were a few annoyances - the sofa bed wasn't made up even though there were three of us in the room, and there were only two mugs for three of us and no dishwashing liquid to wash them in between uses. The coffee maker with coffee bags in a disposable plastic tray all wrapped in more plastic was very wasteful - just coffee bags and a tea kettle would be better!
