Liked: The location is good.Breakfast is good.The room was good.
Disliked: The shower faucet was loose, and the water flow was very weak.The sofa bed had a very thin mattress, and was very uncomfortable.

Liked: Very nice stufff. Very good location
Disliked: Breakefast was ok . The elevator waiting time was higher than expected sometimes over 20 min. Tb sofa bed was very uncomfortable-we had to put my son sleep on the sofa unopened.

Comfortable!

Liked: The bed was very comfy. Not too soft but nice and supportive. Staff were friendly. Picked up the phone in seconds if needed advice. Laundrette on site was helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a very odd mishmash to us coming from England. However, we did love making our own waffles (only on weekends). When we arrived, no one did any of the things we asked for that they said they would. We asked for water for my medication just because of the jet lag being hard on me. No extra pillows. A bottle of water is £8 there! It actually was our honeymoon and not one person wished us well. The only person who showed any kindness was Tito who worked around the breakfast area. I feel like they could have made our trip of a lifetime more special. 😢 but overall it was a nice experience and we’d stay again next time but wouldn’t pay for breakfast. In the bathroom there were no holders of toiletries either which was a bit odd. We had to ask for a travel kettle but they did bring one up. The lifts take forever. Don’t try to use them if you’re in a hurry. They could take 10-25 minutes during breakfast and this sucks when you’re in a wheelchair and can’t use the stairs as an alternative.

Disappointed shabby hotel

Liked: The location
Disliked: The refrigerator smell like a dead animal. The carpet worn and frayed. Carpet wasSticky on bare feet. Advertised with a kitchenette but not hot plate or stove to cook it Ben though there were pots and pans. Obnoxious party on the third floor that went on until 2 am and the only solution staff gave me was ear plugs. Woken up early to a supposed water leak. Would not recommend this property. Not the the standard of other Residence Inns. Way overpriced for such a shabby hotel.
