It was okay, it worked...

Liked: Close to freeway and gas station, the breakfast was decent and the staff was nice.
Disliked: It seems like there was some remodeling going on, the pool and hot tub were not in service, it seemed a bit dirty outside. The restroom was small and the bed was uncomfortable, it was hard and we woke up sore from it.

Daily Disruption -- Cleaning Staff...

Liked: Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Most of the male front desk staff were nice.
Disliked: The cleaning/breakfast staff have room for improvement.One breakfast staff (a fuller-figured, middle-aged woman of Mexican descent with curly hair) yelled "oh my god" at me because I took 2 egg patties instead of 1 !? She followed me around trying to get me to put one back, even though breakfast was supposed to be complimentary. She may be having troubles in life, but taking it out on the customer was absolutely unacceptable.I stayed for 7 days, whenever the cleaning staff worked, it was a PARTY. I have stayed at many hotels, this one's cleaning crew was by far the most boisterous. They start at 8am everyday, talking to each other very loudly in the hallway, never closing the doors when cleaning. Each room took an average of 2 hours. It went on for THE ENTIRE DAY every single day. It is a full-on social event. Unless you have a suite, do not expect to rest well or get anything done in your room. Finally, the front desk staff named "Binge" (?), an elderly female of asian descent, was quite rude. Luckily, she was often on nightshift.

Liked: Everything was very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The other residents touching the complimentary foods with their bare hands and putting what they didn’t want back, like cereal that fell and they added it back to the tray. This had nothing to do with staff, it was just the other residents.

Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn in Milpitas, CA, with my family for an overnight visit, and I can't recommend it enough! We booked two studio rooms with king beds, and to our delight, the front desk supervisor, Karen, graciously upgraded one of our rooms to a spacious two-bedroom suite. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable.From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our family of four. We also loved the breakfast—truly amazing! There was a great variety of options to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they liked.It was a lovely surprise to learn that Karen has been with the hotel for 10 years, just like our family had visited a decade ago! It really felt like a homecoming. I brought my parents along for this trip, and they were equally impressed with their room and the overall experience.In summary, our stay at the Residence Inn was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and delicious breakfast made for a memorable visit. Thank you, Karen, and the entire staff for making our family getaway special! We'll definitely be back.

Disliked: Can’t think of anything bad. Perhaps better food choices in the little kiosk area. It was mostly junk food.
