It was an amazing experience...

Liked: My experience at Residence INN was above and beyond. The hotel was really nice, and clean, the room were spacious. It was in a good area near shopping centers and with a good view. Breakfast was amazing very delicious and employees super nice! My kids loved staying will totally come back. 100% recommend it!
Disliked: I liked everything! Just one small bad point my room was next to the stairs so I would hear guests coming up and down the entire time. But didn’t bother me as much. I was more tired that I completely fell asleep and forgot about the noise.

Very good

Liked: The suite was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a teen. We stayed for several days and we all had plenty of space.
Disliked: Housecleaning was disappointing. We stayed 5 days and received service only 1 of those days. And they forgot to take out the garbage. Even upon requesting room cleaning while we were gone for the day, we returned to find out no one had been there.

Disliked: The pool lounge chairs were zip tied so we couldn't move them to be in the sun.
