Disliked: I didnt like the fact that they charged my card when I hadnt even arrived and then canceled my room. This card I had not attended to pay with and was only to hold the room since I have had problems before. THIS WAS EVEN AFTER i had called to see if everything with the booking was ok and mentioned to them i would be arriving late since I was driving a ways and it depended on traffic. When i did arrive they told me my booking was canceled and they were now sold out. This was unacceptable and has never happened to me before. I asked them if they had a sister hotel with rooms which they said they did since I had no choice by then and they gave me a cheaper rate for the two nights I had reserved. I arrived at the next hotel and come to find out the rooms would cost me more than $100 extra. THIS WAS ALL SUPER SHADY AND FEELs LIKE A SCAM. I wont be doing busineas with them again
