Liked: Enjoyed everything about this hotel!! Easy and friendly check-in, beautiful and clean suite, the atmosphere was safe and secured. My family and I arrived back to the room after midnight once leaving an event and the security officer followed us; unasked to the door to ensure we entered safely. We were very appreciative of that gesture. Also, the complementary breakfast was fresh and delicious!

Disliked: basketball rim was broke, and housekeepers cleaned well but didn't check drawers my room had men underwear and socks

Great staff but hotel facilities...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was leaking and the technician came in immediately to fix it up.
Disliked: The facilities are poorly maintained. The AC often stopped working at night and we had to keep turning it on.The AC was dirty and it had to be cleaned out by the technician. The bathrooms feel damp and the wall paper is peeling. Overall the rooms did not feel clean as the facilities are poorly maintained.

Liked: I LOVED THE SIZE OF THE ROOM AND MY KIDS LOVED THE POOL PLUS THE BASKETBALL COURT. THEY WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY COULD NOT GET IN THE POOL BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COOL, BUT WE WILL RETURN DURING THE SUMMER SO THEY CAN GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY IT MORE.
