Residence Inn by Marriott Fredericksburg

Fantastic suite & perfect location...

Liked: Clean & comfortable beyond expectations. I'm the person who looks for dust & forgotten corners. PERFECT! Having lived & worked in Fredericksburg for 5 years i know the area isn't the safest at night, right off of I95, but we had no problems. I was seriously impressed with our room however the front desk people could be more polite & less snotty. You're working the front desk at a hotel, you're not a super model
Disliked: Front desk staff could be less snooty & snotty. The young man who checked us in was great but over the next few days the staff wasn't so friendly

Sleep deprived

Liked: Convenience to the indoor shopping mall and within walking distance to restaurants and other stores, cleanliness of the facility interior and exterior, and room.
Disliked: My room was on the side closest to 95. OMG, it was extremely noisey, especially at night! Never again! Prefer to be farthest away from that part of the hotel/inn.

Perfect

Liked: Staff were excellent, and room was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel, but elevators were not working. However, they did have elevator maintenace crews working through the weekend to try and fix them.

Superb

Nice stay , but problems...

Liked: Nice Stop here, however there was an issue with the payment from Booking.com. They did not have the info, so I had to use my credit card, even after I paid through Booking.com. I believe I have been Double charged and am trying to resolve.

Very pleasant

Liked: breakfast was great love fresh cut fruit. The place was clean and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The shower head was very loose in its holder causing you to have to hold the nozzle while showering.
