Music was playing till 2:00 am - very loud. Had to pay for parking - $28.00 for 1 night.

Treated with no empathy, especially...

Liked: I booked a room and when I arrived due to a airline trip that was cancelled and rescheduled for the following day, I was told that your hotel had overbooked. Many other people were also victims of overbooking. The concierge graciously assisted me in trying to get a room in the vicinity but by 1:00 AM, all efforts were unsuccessful. I could not return to the airport until 4:00 AM when it reopened. I was allowed to sit in a chair near the front entrance for three hours when I could call an Uber and return to the airport. which had reopened. I am 75 years old and to have to experience such a situation was indeed extremely disturbing and challenging. I was extremely DISATISFIED, to say the least.
Disliked: OVERBOOKING. Thinking that I had a room reservation (confirmation in hand) and finding out that there were no accommodations.

Liked: NIice rooms.Very clean.
Disliked: Everything spoilt by elevator system used by both hotels and various car parking.Not easy to navigate.Breakfast poor.
