Nice place if you have...

Liked: Friendly and super helpful staff. The suite was nice, with two big, separate rooms.
Disliked: We got the room on the first floor, next to the associates' and cleaning service rooms, and it was NOT as quiet as it should have been. We got the accessible suite, which was a bit not ok for us.

Disliked: The bed is a bit small.

Liked: The studio was clean and the sofa bed was really comfortable. The staff really friendly, I will definitely come back with my family.

Liked: Staff was friendly pool was open all day they had a free breakfast which was nice the room was spacious and my kids and I had a good time
Disliked: The toilet clogged easily and happened more then once I eventually just went out and bought a plunger instead of calling the front desk again and again.

Friendly, convenient, comfortable - central...

Liked: Came in from an Uber from the Transit Center and the Logan Express Bus to Woburn. Morning arrival after taking a Red Eye from California, so I was just hoping to dump my bags and chill out. However Sam the Front Desk Manager was able to check me in and upgrade my room for being a Bonvoy member. He was a life saver! I was able to enjoy the breakfast, shower, take a nap before resuming my day all before noon. It truly made my stay incredible. Awesome location. I hadn't been to the Boston area in over 20 years and I would choose this Residence Inn again.
Disliked: Perhaps offer the shuttle van to/from the Transit Center in the morning. Hours are only in the afternoons for now based on staffing.

Liked: We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, especially when we stayed more than two nights and they kept it clean. really clean for us, even loaded dishes in the dishwasher while we were out and made beds and sat our grandson's stuffy up on the pillow, it was so clean compared to other hotels!
