Liked: I booked this hotel for its outdoor pool. To my disappointment the pool is closed. It’s late June and the temperature is mid 90s. The hotel has yet to open the pool for the season. The listings states there is a pool but what they do not tell you is they are not planning on opening it.

Liked: The size of the suite rooms was very nice.
Disliked: The property wasn’t clean and not well maintained. Our room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast area each morning wasn’t clean and tidy. Our room’s fridge was broken and looks like it had been duct taped back together. Staff was unwelcoming and not interested in our concerns. For the entire stay the pool and hot tub were not open which was one reason we selected this hotel.

Liked: Room was very nice.
Disliked: Not very accessible. Had to push the luggage down a hall, then outside thru an uncovered area, back inside, down a couple more hallways. I asked receptionist if that was the easiest/shortest (mom is 92) route. She said yes. Turned out there was an exit door just a couple yards from our room. The Handicap parking on that side of the building was no where near the door.

Liked: The location was good and the room was a nice size.
Disliked: The fact that the open was not open for use even though we were told upon check in that it was. We were only given 2 towels for a family of 3 and got attitude from the staff when we requested additional towels. Front desk staff had major attitude issues when we had issues that we would like addressed. The queen bed sink in the middle which made it hard to sleep and the pull out bed sunk down at the head of the bed. Whole place needs to be updated. Kitchen had very few utensils which made cooking even Mac and cheese difficult. Would recommend staying elsewhere.
