Liked: Staff was friendly and this is one of the few properties where we can get a 2 bedroom suite for our family.
Disliked: Elevators were all broken & we weren't told until we checked in and it was too late to cancel. Our room was on the third floor. I am pregnant and have a physical disability involving my leg, so three flights of stairs with 2 young children and all of our luggage was NOT desirable. The hotel did little to remedy the situation. The rooms were in mild disrepair. The battery in one of our smoke alarms died at 10pm one night and the front desk didn't have any batteries, so we left it with them to chirp all night. I assume they don't test the smoke alarms as scheduled. The absolute worst part was the bathtubs. The drains were so clogged with soap scum and other people's hair that they took several hours to drain! Not only disgusting, but a serious safety hazard to small children that could lead to drowning. I lost hours of sleep checking on my toddler to make sure she hadn't gotten out of her crib somehow and gone into the bathroom. Thankfully, my family lived in town and we bathed our kids at their house for the remainder of our trip. Absolutely absurd!! I attempted to contact the manager regarding my concerns, but never received a response. I doubt we will ever stay here again.

Disliked: The room had a smell and the water pressure was super low and the sink and the tub was backed up. The tub also had someone else’s private hairs in it. This was the worst residence inn i ever stayed in.
