Ideal location safe area good...
Liked: Great location we enjoy staying here every time we visit our grandchildren. It’s close to Union Station and allows us to visit with very good rates

Trip with family to visit...
Liked: Room lovely and newly renovated. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee delicious. Location excellent with Metro close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Even a Target right across the street.
Disliked: Perhaps some brighter lighting. and a nightlight.

Liked: Great location and price. We had a room with a full bed and foldout couch. It was adequate but very cramped. The cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom were very dated and were past their prime. Short walk to the subway and lots of restaurants in the area was very convenient but the room was not particularly inviting.

Good stay, but big problems with billing.
Disliked: Everything was Ok except I paid in advance on Booking.com, and when I got home, I noticed that I was charged again by the hotel. Since the bill was over $900, I wanted a refund as quickly as possible. I called the hotel, and they acknowledged the error and said they would take care of it. A week later, no refund had been made. They said it could take up to 7 business days. I called again a few days later, and left a message and no one returned my call. After a second attempt, I completed the on-line survey from Marriott expressing my concerns. Within 1 day I received a call from corporate, and received the refund a day later. So I'm happy with Marriott, but they have a problem at this particular property.
