Liked: Great location; friendly and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Well, just a little one - .the black out curtain on the Broadway side needs to be wider - the lights on the Stock Exchange blared!

It can be better given...

Liked: Location is great and the size of the rooms are great.
Disliked: I’d not rate it more than 3 stars. It is very expensive in comparison with quality and services. Also be aware that you have to take 2 elevators to get to your room and it is a challenging given they don’t operate all of them.

Renaissance Time Square

Liked: That we had a room when we arrived.
Disliked: We did not know the hotel is under construction. We would have selected a different location had it been communicated. There is a water leak in our room we paid over 800 use a night for a room with a water leak. In hotel under renovations that did not have the 2 restraunts as advertised. We purchased yogurt from the hotel that had mold in it. This experience is one I will share Booking.com did not warn of conditions of hotel. False advertising is what was provided by Booking .com

Excellent location with very helpful...

Liked: Very central location. The concierge Omar was so helpful and really pleasant to talk to. Excellent customer focus from all staff.
Disliked: The shop very pricey but you didn’t have to use it.
