Disliked: I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my travel history here. I was double-charged thousands of dollars even though I had already paid through Booking.com. The hotel kept insisting they hadn’t received payment and told me to just wait a few days more, leaving me stuck in the middle between them and Booking.com. On top of that, there were hidden fees like $30 per day as a resort-fee, even though I already paid everything through Booking.com, literally everything was paid yet there was a hidden fee left! Besides, their "continental breakfast" was just cold cereals and frozen food, and if you want warm scrambled eggs, you’ll be charged extra to upgrade. The whole stay was frustrating, deceptive, and disappointing. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I would by very happy to pay extra $100 dollar per day to avoid this hotel and get a real 4-star hotel.

Birthday trip🥳
Liked: The location is a good spot, close to train stations and good restaurants, walking distance from some attractions.The staff is very welcoming and attentive. We love the treats they have at the lobby at different times, like muffins for coffee time, welcome drink, we got the mojito, fruits and they surprise with popcorns on our last afternoon. Complementary waters are available always!Remember they will charge $30.00 for resort fee that you can use for breakfast, lunch, dinner or at the bar, time that you can take to enjoy the hotel amenities. If yoy don't use it, you lose it!

Great but gym was unuseable
Liked: Great location! Clean room and nice front Porto sit at. The buffet was good but a little overpriced for no gluten free bread options.
Disliked: They gym had several ceiling leaks, so there was no way I was able to use a gym that potentially had mold actively dripping down. This was a huge disappointment.
