Cozy rooms. Friendly staff. Fast...

Liked: Cozy and good location. Nice amenities.
Disliked: Second time staying (6 nights so far) and 3rd time we've had fire alarms go off in middle of night.

I would not stay again

Liked: Perfect location, comp bottled water available in the lobby. The Egyptian gentleman(the bellman) and one of the front desk guy were very helpful and empathetic..Thank You
Disliked: I usually have good experiences, but this stay missed the mark. I called twice to confirm early check-in, was told I had it 100% as a Bonvoy member. I even said that if it wasn’t possible, I’d make other plans, but was reassured it was guaranteed. When I arrived, no rooms were ready and I had to wait 2 hours, which was really inconvenient since I had made plans. The front desk tried to be proactive, but I overheard one of them yelling to a bellman in the back, “What can I do? What do you want me to do about this?”, which didn’t feel very professional and made it more akward.. The room is small and also had a damp/ musty smell. On top of all that, we were woken up at 8am by a housekeeper knocking just to check if we were in the room...No, thank you.
