Very good

Liked: Car valet staff was great. Rooms are nice. Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Room service very limited in choices. Delivered in paper bags. Presentation was disgusting. Worst I’ve ever had.Room needs a nice microwave to match the nice refrigerator.

Stoked we booked this one!...

Liked: Excellent spot right next to a giant shopping centre. The restaurant and bar down stairs were perfect, and the coffee in the lobby was also amazing! Huge room, super comfy beds.

Beautiful new hotel, very clean,...

Liked: VERY comfortable beds, lovely new hotel, excellent restaurant, professional staff, nice area. 10min drive from waikiki main area.
Disliked: No parking except for valet - $60USD per day & not allowed to leave and return. We found overnight street parking easily though.
