Liked: Proximity to Ohio Theater.
Disliked: There wasn't a full length mirror or bath fan in bathroom; buffet breakfast was on the cold side.

Great hotel for a theater...
Liked: hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: was pricier than what I typically pay for hotel. I was shocked at the $40 valet parking fee. the valet staff was great, though.

Liked: Staff was kind and helpful, we enjoyed each interaction. location was perfect for all activities, the room was beautiful, clean and a very comfortable bed! We will most definitely utilize this property again!

Liked: The ladies/gentlemen in the dining area were working their tails off to keep guests from waiting too long for a seat. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Food was hot and delicious.
Disliked: The front desk lady didn’t provide any information about the breakfast we paid for or about the incidental charge attached to my card- but it was explained to me later that when I checked in online I gave that authorization to place the charge on my card.

Will not book another Renaissance...
Liked: Nothing. Over priced for an average buffet. Same food as a small inexpensive hotel.
Disliked: Waited for over an hour and half after check in time, and still did not receive room booked. No washcloths in room and told they ran out and thats the way it is. That is unacceptable for a hotel not to have washcloths. Requested a roll a way bed that never came. Hotel rep said they couldn't do anything because we booked via a 3rd party.
