Brian, Sunbury, visiting Taft Theatre Mon, 27 July 2015
You're going to pay a little more $$$ for the rooms, but well worth it. We went to the Taft Theater - very short walk. I think also close to the ball field ( bud light / little fuzzy ). Room was like $250.00 for the night - but did I mention how comfortable the beds were? :) Check in and out - quick and easy also.
Liked: Beds. Beds. Beds - so very comfortable, absolutely best, most comfortable bed ever. Awesome; clean room; great bathroom and shower was awesome too; will stay there next time for any future upcoming events, for sure.
Disliked: Just hard to get to valet when we first arrived, but one of your workers outside got us right in, took our keys and showed up at our room with our valet ticket quickly, so really not a big problem.

Liked: Very clean and pretty
Disliked: This is the fourth time I?ve stayed here. This time and the last time it?s been EXTREMELY noisy. Screaming, partying running through halls. When I complained to front desk she said there was nothing she could do about it and definitely nothing before midnight. It was 11:20. I?m not talking slight noise either - I felt like I was in a frat house.

Overall it was great. Now...
Liked: The view was amazing & so was the staff and said hello / welcome back every time you walked in.
Sliding shower door.
Full size mirror
Disliked: You have to pay for wifi 13$ or 15$ A little bit more incentive for $300. It was 300$ dollars for a double bed & parking was $42. Why not offer free parking! Only one way into hotel, side door access with card would have been great.

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Got to the room and had barely enough toilet paper to go to the bathroom. Took a shower and the glass panel wasn't sealed at the bottom and leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Significant layer of dust all over the desk and dresser. Not impressed.

Liked: The hotel lobby and hallway interior was nice looking. The staff was friendly. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The sheets in my room had stains on them, stains that appeared to be old, not as if current but as if the sheets should have been thrown away because the stains were permanent. The sheets also smelled old, as if someone may have slept in them. It was a very discomforting odor. The thermostat in my room was also broken as well as the shower door. There was only one ice machine working in the entire hotel with 16th floors, and it was the 16th floor ice machine,I stayed on the 14th so the travel wasn't bad. I wouldn't stay again. Its 300 per night and raggedy.

Liked: Thi b ra orwvnice. Bed super comfortable, and having internet channels with lofree movies was superb. Employee was exceptional in creating a better stay for us.
Disliked: Rooms were not very clean, definitely housekeeping may need to be retrained. Our room was gorgeous, but many sections of the room were not in good form. Mirror broken, dresser cracked, window broken, paint chipped in many places.

Charming, comfortable, breathtaking view!
Liked: We were upgraded to a suite for our anniversary no extra charge. Concierge greeted us with a smile, Some kind words regarding our celebration. Immediately sent up extras we requested. Overall a romantic stress free evening.
Disliked: COVID has the Restaurant and bar closed, so we improvised with BYOB and ordered Takeout.
