Liked: Nothing special. In the end, as I was traveling on duty I asked for an invoice. The response I received was that they cannot issue one as I booked my stay not directly at the hotel but on booking.com. Until Today (from 7th Jul) I’m sending requests for the invoice but still haven’t received any answer and invoice-and I need it to reimburse my expenses. I would suggest to booking.com to deal with the issue as it is not encouraging to loyal customers to use their service.
Disliked: Lack of support and no invoice, no responses on my emails.

Liked: Convenience to airport Great room, and access to upper floor amenities They allowed for later checkout due to flight plansShuttle service was exceptional, taking us to dinner location. To airport for rental car return (&back to hotel), and later delivery to airport with luggage after checkout
Disliked: On this stay, nothing was a problem. We were given access for one evening to the club floor to enjoy incoming flight landings and observe weather issues that required planes to wave off their landings. Food snacks were very tasty too.

Liked: Proximity to airport and nearby dining options, free self parking
Disliked: My stay was less than 12 hours, and we were so tired from overseas travel we only saw our room during that time.
