Liked: Staff was very friendly and available The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I think the price was a bit high.

Very disappointing stay and terrible...

Liked: The location was great for Coachella festival.
Disliked: The booking.com site says there are massages available and spa facilities. However the spa has been closed for almost a year now which was very disappointing as a spa was key to our stay. Although the signs are still up, the staff informed us these need to be removed. We had to book a massage downtown instead. Also our room was not cleaned. We had to request someone come to change the towels. Our bed was not changed once in the 4 nights we stayed here, even though we requested this to be changed.

Beautiful resort hotel, close to...

Liked: Rooms were attractive with good access to power and plugs. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Access to food, drinks, recreation was excellent. So much offered on property. Loved sitting by the firepits and listening to live music inside. Great experience. Would've loved to have stayed longer!
Disliked: Getting the King bed we reserved and our rooms near one another would've been better. Originally the rooms were on separate floors. Not great being separated from the kids. When asked for closer, got on same floor but opposite ends. Not horrible but not preferred. And not having the king bed. The only issue was from Booking.com. Every hotel we booked through the site had our names wrong in the reservation and employees could not find our reservation. Took the manager each time, to search in different ways to find our reservation.

Liked: We loved the location and the amenities. My kids had a wonderful time at the pool. The room was big and clean
Disliked: The breakfast, unfortunately, was not good. It was nice having a restaurant on the property but my breakfast just didn't taste very good
